This is the original patented Joy Buzzer, invented by S. S. Adams and made for his American firm in Germany. Wind this up and when you shake someone's hand they get a vibrating shock! This is very faintly stamped "Patent", showing that it is one of the original Adams models, probably from the 1930s.
