This scarce novelty card is held within a small envelope. When the victim pulls out the card, first they see a pretty dancer, which transforms into a sneezing man. This triggers a metal spring to hit the back of the card and flick sneezing powder out of the man's gauze mouth. These still contain traces of sneezing powder (which is the original formula, not to be played with). A very rare survivor from the 1920s or 1930s.

This comes with our exclusive OldJokes.co.uk Fact Card on the history of joke manufacturing in Germany.

Condition: Good, some wear, marks and corrosion.
