We have two of these scarce french exploding cigarette boxes available. From the 1920s, these would be loaded with an explosive percussion cap in their spring mechanism. When opened the cap would be set off causing a loud bang. Ungimmicked, these cigarette tins are a collectable item, as a joke effect they are very uncommon.
 
 
Condition: Fair, these have rust, particularly to the exploding mechanism, but are still operational, some corrosion to the outside of the boxes as well, but the graphics are still clear, some dings and small bends to the metal.
 
This is a vintage item and is being sold as a collectable, not a toy.
